The smallest city in the world, according to Wikipedia, is Hum. Hum is a town in Croatia and, according to the 2011 census, has a population of only 17 people and an area of just 0.07 km². Despite its size, Hum is a popular tourist attraction as it is known for its history, narrow streets and well-preserved medieval walls. The city also has an interesting legend about its origin, which says that it was built by giants.

There is only one location in Hum. You sit really very nice on the terrace, if you get a seat. There are very few tables available. You can eat quite well, see also the Google reviews for “Humska Konoba”.

Uniquely beautiful natural stone buildings are located throughout the “city”! If you’re ever there, you should also check out the private Museum of Hum Aura. 1,500 exhibits are placed in thematic rooms. There is an entrance fee!

Hum has two small walkways and three rows of houses within its city walls. So if you are looking for a unique destination, Hum is definitely worth a visit. From Villa-Inge guesthouse to Hum is about 45 minutes drive. A nice excursion in case of bad weather. A parking space for the car is chargeable in Hum!
